Hello its me Malcolm Busby. Why might you be looking at my page, possibly because you want to hire a STORYTELLER. If thats the case you are in the right place.

I dont just tell STORIES though I also work as a Field Ecologist and as a Gardener. A varied portfolio they tell me but a good one, they keep me grounded in reality and the natural world that I love.

Yes I admit it might sound odd but they go together well, even complementing each other. Working outdoors is a great way to rehearse a story as well as calming the mind and connecting with the world around you and yourself.

After all if you wanted a STORYTELLER to tell ENVIRONMENTAL STORIES or lead ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION activities who better than  a STORYTELLER who works in that area and understands it. Being at one with nature and knowing my place in the world is so precious to me and whats those words MINDFULNESS and WELLBEING, well I can help there as well.

You can find out more about each of my work areas on another page, click on the ABOUT US tab at the top. Why ABOUT US well  there has to be more than one of me hasn't there!

If you want any more information please get in touch, my contact details can be found by clicking on the CONTACT tab.

You can also look at my Privacy Policy by clicking on the MORE tab.

HOLD HARD ITS THE LATEST NEWS.....Malcolm now also reads Monologues, sings Traditional Songs and Music Hall Songs and yes he can even include simple Magic in his shows according to theme.

So you've read that lot, what about me!

Whats the background, well I was born and have lived in what is now Cambridgeshire most of my life,  with a couple of years in Suffolk for good measure.  Come from good countryside stock I do.

Cambridgeshire is a lovely county full of great views, wildlife and some good stories. Its also full of historical sites and has been home to lots of characters with even more stories.

I am self employed, freelance, a free spirit, whatever you want to call it with a broad range of skills that I put to good use in every job I do. Oh yes I do. Where did I learn them all, well from life but also from employment in engineering and countryside management.

Whatever and wherever I am working, for an hour or a day or longer all my work is carried out professionally to the best of my ability, with a good attitude and manner.
